Cancellation Policy

All deposits are non-refundable.

Postponements are available within 7 days of event hire - and must be used within 12 months.

Postponements are available for wet weather reasons up to 4 hours prior to event start, refunds are only available if Wet Weather Insurance has been taken out 14 days prior to event date.

It is the hirers responsibility to ensure that alternate arrangements are available in the case of wet weather.
